Mandarin Bowtie Pasta with Teriyaki Dressing

Combine

  • 8 oz BOWTIE PASTA NOODLES, COOKED AND DRAINED
  • 4 c RAW SPINACH
  • 1/2 c CRAISINS
  • 1/3 c CASHEWS
  • 4 oz MANDARIN ORANGE SLICES (about 1/2 c)
  • 1/4 c ROUGHLY CHOPPED CILANTRO.

Dressing: Shake in a jar until well mixed.

  • 1/3 c THICK TERIYAKI SAUCE
  • 1/3 c APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/2 t GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 t ONION POWDER (optional)
  • 1/4 t SALT, 1/4 t BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 T HONEY
  • 1/2 c OIL
